ARE YOU LOOKING FOR WORK?
Or
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR PERSONNEL?
“I have been working for AUB van Bergen for 6 years now. During these years they helped me further in my personal development. Therefor I was able to develop in my positions and also make a better living. That was important to me. In addition, the people at the head office are downright pleasant, respectful and everything is just well organized. They even do their utmost to provide suitable work for each individual, so that everyone can enjoy themselves. Not every employment agency will do that. “
“The people at AUB van Bergen are good to me, I am respected by the companies I work for and my living location is perfect. Next step: my own home and I will be totally happy! ”
“I work hard and I am involved, but I only do that for companies that know how to respect and appreciate me. That is why I have been working for AUB van Bergen for more than two years. Of course there is always something to criticize, but the atmosphere is good and they have arranged good accommodation for me. I feel comfortable with this company. Quite important, if you are so far from home and family.”
“I really enjoy working with flowers. At the moment I am packaging and decorating anthuriums with great pleasure. This is also due to the pleasant working atmosphere, with mainly Dutch colleagues. And thanks to the modern techniques that AUB van Bergen’s customers apply, we can work more efficiently and cleaner.
“Although I miss Poland, I still feel at home here. I am appreciated by the people at AUB van Bergen and the companies I work for. Nobody discriminates against me because of my language deficiency. Everyone is just friendly to me and recently I have my own flat with a garden. My dream!”
“A friend of mine has been working for AUB van Bergen for three years now. He persuaded me to also work for this company and I never regretted it. They take good care of me and I am appreciated. Although the Netherlands is a pleasant and stable country to live in, I naturally miss my home country. But here I earn enough money to make my dream come true later on: my own business in Latvia. ”
“I enjoy my work at Floramotion a lot. Clean work, nice colleagues and a pleasant atmosphere. And everything is well arranged by the people of AUB van Bergen, that gives a lot of peace. I also love living in the Netherlands, together with my brother and sister. The people in this country are nice, polite and the country is politically stable. I like that.”
“We have been clients at AUB van Bergen for years. We were referred by a friend of mine, Bas Voermans of Bictgroep. I don’t regret it. The organization does what it says, and the workers fit into this organization perfectly. They are keen people who acquire new skills fast. They are accurate, social, and customer oriented, just like we are. We are really content with this team!”
“We have been doing business with the people at AUB van Bergen for a long time. No bullshit. They do what they promise and take care of everything. We don’t need to worry about anything. “On a yearly basis, we employ about 120 people in various roles, varying from executive roles to operational roles. They are often the same people, who feel at home with us. Collaboration based on trust and mutual respect, inspired by employees and the AUB van Bergen Personnel Services Team. And when we need extra hands during busy periods, we don’t need to worry. It’s taken care of.”
“Huub, my father, has been a client of AUB van Bergen personnel services since its founding. More than 30 years of pleasant cooperation. My brother Roel and I trust the quality of this organization and its employees. We work with temporary workers all year round, between 40 people in November and 110 people during peak season. To make everything work requires knowledge, experience and flexibility. That is what they are good at. Direct communication and goal-oriented. We can always count on them.”
“Collaboration with AUB van Bergen started way before my time. In the meantime, we have grown, and so have they. However, direct communication and personal contact remains important. Monica, who works at AUB van Bergen, knows exactly what we need, and takes care of our needs. We don’t need to worry. The temp workers are generally very motivated, pleasant people. From time to time, there are some who indicate they would like to develop a career in our organization. Together with AUB van Bergen, we explore the possibilities. Such processes are organized quickly.”
